Point to Point Communications is a fully authorized Service Centre, and is recognized as a leader in the area of technical repairs as well as solution development. As part of our full solution lifecycle approach, Point to Point maintains a full-service repair division to address any two-way radio, broadband and mobility equipment repair needs that may arise.
We provide repair service not only what we sell, but can repair and maintain your existing communication systems as well. We offer repair service both at our office location or conveniently at your site, if preferred. With our fleet of fully equipped service vehicles, we are committed to responding to your repair and service requirements in a timely fashion.
For significant repairs, our bench technicians will assess your equipment, replace any parts necessary with new Motorola parts, and align, clean and test each unit before returning it to you.
When your equipment requires excessive repairs, a formal repair quotation will be prepared and forwarded to you for approval before the repair is completed. Equipment that exhibits evidence of physical, liquid, or chemical damage, electrical abuse or load failure will be evaluated, and repair requirements will be detailed and reported to you.
As an added level of service and convenience, we offer a prepaid pick up service for your repairs. Whenever possible, we will also gladly provide a loaner unit to minimize any business disruptions. Simply call our Service Department and we will efficiently handle everything for you. Your repaired equipment will be shipped back to you via prepaid courier.
